The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is within walking distance. In the darker months of the year, underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort, as the wellness programme on board is a must. In addition to the harbour cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment programme provides entertainment.
The floating house extends over three levels. The open-plan living and dining area with all-round water views, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace is located on the upper floor. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and a Weber electric barbecue, the terraces offer a pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets.
The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front through which you can enjoy the breathtaking water backdrop and an adjoining wrap-around terrace. Naturally, the view of the sea and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth.
